50,000+ activity writes/month + $495 setup
Every call, chat, text, and email lands on the right record as a finished activity: disposition, notes, recording link, queue time, IVR path. Reps stop typing wrap-up notes, and the interactions that never reached an agent stop disappearing.
For contact centers and RevOps teams that want a complete interaction history in Salesforce, or any CRM with an API.
From $199/mo + one-time setup. Typically live in days, not weeks.
Works with your CCaaS and CRM. Any platform with a usable API, webhook, or event feed can be scoped into the implementation.
Interactions to CRM, live
Task created on CRM contact · Disposition, notes, and recording link attached
No agent touched this call · Logged with queue wait and IVR path
Chat logged with transcript · CRM rate-limited, auto-retried on attempt 2
Every call, chat, text, and email lands on the right CRM record automatically, including the interactions that never reached an agent.
One flat monthly price. Complete capture, retries, and the per-record dashboard are included.

Higher volume and multi-org deployments
An activity write is a create, update, or re-sync sent to your CRM.
Two reasons, usually. Agents skip or shortcut manual logging when the queue is busy, and interactions that never reach an agent (IVR abandons, after-hours hang-ups, off-system transfers) have nobody to log them at all. Activity Sync removes both failure modes: every interaction your platform sees becomes a CRM activity automatically, seconds after it ends.
Native automation layers are general-purpose: logging CRM activities is one configuration among many, usually built and maintained by a vendor rep, and they react to what an agent does in the desktop. Activity Sync does one job: land the activity, with every field, every time, including interactions no agent touched. And every write is visible in a per-record dashboard instead of a black box.
No. Every write is keyed to the interaction ID, so the sync is idempotent: a retry or a replay updates the existing activity instead of creating a second one. Fields are also validated against your live CRM schema before the write, so a renamed or deleted field never silently breaks logging.
Failures are classified, not silently retried into oblivion. Transient errors retry with backoff. Rate-limited writes drain when your CRM's API recovers. Persistent failures show up in the dashboard with the full error attached and replay with one click. No tickets, no SQL, no waiting on IT.
Whatever your platform emits and your CRM can hold: disposition, agent notes, recording link, chat transcript, duration, queue wait, IVR path, campaign, direction. Custom fields and computed values (composite subjects, lookups, enrichment from other systems) are built during implementation and can be changed later without a redeploy.
We scope around your CRM and your CCaaS, not a short approved-vendor list. If the systems expose a usable API, webhook, event feed, file exchange, or connection path, we can usually support them. Tell us your stack and we'll confirm the exact path before agreeing to the build.
Most deployments are logging production activities within days. Discovery, contact center and CRM configuration, field mapping, enrichment setup, and go-live testing are all part of the one-time implementation. It is not a multi-month IT project.
Pricing is a flat monthly price by tier. Each tier includes at least a set number of record updates a month, so it stays one predictable line item. In practice it is a fraction of the agent hours you'd otherwise burn on manual logging, and you don't pay anything until activities are landing in production.
